These terms apply when you use the Blue Line Custom Creations storefront, request a quote, place an order, purchase hobby products, or buy software such as PriceTrax3D. The storefront brings together Blue Line Custom Creations services, Model RailScapes products, EmberKeep Realm products, and PriceTrax3D software.

Quotes, approvals, and payments

Quote-based work may require review of artwork, quantities, product selection, materials, production method, shipping needs, and turnaround before production begins. Custom orders may require approval of artwork, proofs, or order details. Full or partial payment may be required before work starts.

Customer artwork and permissions

You are responsible for making sure you have the right to use any artwork, logos, designs, text, images, brand names, or files you provide. By sending artwork or production instructions, you confirm that you have permission to use that content for the requested order.

Protected content and refused work

We may decline projects that involve copyrighted, trademarked, restricted, offensive, unsafe, or otherwise inappropriate content. We also may refuse customer-supplied items when the material, replacement availability, condition, or project risk makes the job unsuitable for production.

Product variations and availability

Colors, materials, dimensions, finishes, print placement, engraving results, and 3D printed details may vary slightly due to screen settings, supplier changes, production methods, and the custom nature of the work. Product availability may change without notice, and substitute options may be offered when necessary.

Turnaround times and deadlines

Production and delivery estimates are provided in good faith, but they are not guaranteed unless specifically confirmed in writing. Artwork approval delays, supplier availability, order volume, weather, carrier delays, and requested changes can affect turnaround time.

Software, downloads, and licensing

Software products such as PriceTrax3D may include separate license, activation, download, update, feature, and support terms. Access to software may depend on valid licensing, activation status, plan type, and technical requirements described with the product.

Store updates and continued use

We may update products, pricing, descriptions, policies, templates, services, and website content from time to time. Continued use of the site, quote process, products, or services means you accept the current version of these terms.
