Many Blue Line Custom Creations products are made to order. This allows us to produce items carefully, offer multiple sizes or scales, and support custom work when available. Product pages will include details such as size, scale, finish, processing time, and whether the item is available now, coming soon, or quote-based.

Use the Custom Project / Quote Interest form on the site and include as much detail as possible. Helpful information includes what you want made, approximate dimensions, quantity, material or finish preferences, deadline, artwork, photos, sketches, or examples.

Yes. Reference photos, sketches, measurements, and examples are very helpful for custom projects. For logos, apparel, embroidery, promotional products, and engraving, clean artwork is strongly recommended. Vector artwork is preferred when available.

We can only produce artwork, logos, characters, or designs that you own, created yourself, have permission to use, or are legally allowed to reproduce. If you are requesting branded business items, company apparel, promotional products, or logo-based engraving, you are responsible for making sure you have the rights to use the artwork.

Most EmberKeep Realm terrain is designed to look best with 28mm–32mm miniatures. Always compare your miniature height to the listed terrain dimensions to make sure the piece looks right for your game, scene, or display.

Most Model RailScapes items ship unpainted unless a product listing specifically says otherwise. Unpainted items let hobbyists choose their own colors, match existing scenery, add realistic weathering, and customize the final appearance for a specific era, railroad, or scene.

Our model railroad products are professionally 3D printed using durable filament suitable for scenery, diorama, and display use. Printed items are generally lightweight but sturdy, easy to prime and paint, suitable for acrylic paints, and designed for hobby display and layout use.

Most items arrive fully assembled and ready to prep, prime, and paint. If an item requires minor assembly, that will be noted in the product description.
