Shipping Policy
Most Blue Line Custom Creations physical items are made to order. This shipping policy explains production timing, delivery estimates, domestic shipping, custom shipping requests, and what to do if a package is delayed, lost, damaged, or sent to an incorrect address.
Order processing time
All physical items are made to order, and production typically takes 3-5 business days depending on item complexity, artwork approval, order volume, material availability, and the type of work being completed. Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, size, and destination when available. Standard shipping through USPS, UPS, or FedEx is typically estimated at 3-7 business days after production. Expedited shipping may be available upon request for an additional charge. Once your order ships, tracking information is sent by email when tracking is available.
Domestic and international shipping
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Delivery times may vary by location, carrier workload, weather, holidays, and other delays outside our control. International shipping is not currently offered through the Shopify store. Customers outside the United States may contact us to discuss whether custom shipping options are possible for a specific order.
Shipping delays
Carrier delays, inclement weather, peak holiday periods, and other transit issues are outside our control once an order has shipped. If your order is significantly delayed, contact support@bluelinecustomcreations.com with your order information and we will help investigate the shipment status.
Lost or damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, notify us within 7 days of delivery or the expected delivery date. Please include your order number and clear photos of any damaged packaging or damaged items. We will work with the carrier and review the issue. Depending on the situation, the resolution may include a replacement, refund, store credit, or another appropriate solution.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please make sure your shipping information is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. If an item must be reshipped because the address supplied during the order process was incorrect, you will be responsible for the additional shipping fee to reship the order.
Digital products and software
Digital products, downloads, and software-related items such as PriceTrax3D may be delivered by download link, email, account access, or license activation instead of physical shipment. These items do not receive a physical shipping label unless otherwise stated.
